Every time I email them, at any time of day I get a reply back within a few minutes and it's a helpful response, not something saying we will look into the issue or we will get back to you. A full reply is laid out in front of you which was very helpful when I had no idea how to change my domain to their server network. The prices are cheaper than my old host, and all their services actually work! (My old hosts emails never worked!) I am more than pleased with 2AM Network and recommend them happily.
