Support:
The support (yes there is actualy support, even though its free) is a lot better than most free services. You cannot directly contact someone for help/support, but that doesn’t mean they don’t try to help. They have a forum, and in that specific forum, they have an area just for reporting bugs/problems. because the “cwahi comunity” is not majorly huge, it is generaly the actual owner of the site who helps. which is really good because he always knows what he is talking about.
Price:
the price is really good considering what they offer for free. they do however, have a link bar at the top of the site that is used to report for violated terms, and to advertise cwahi.net. all it is though is merely a grey bar across the top of the screen. i do not know what it costs to have the link bar removed, because i have never needed to remove it. it generaly blends in realy good.
Features:
They have some really good features. First, they dont have cpanel, they have one that (i believe) the owner made himself. so it does not have many problems. (none for me) they say they have unlimited space/transfer. I have not had any problems with it. I have read the TOS and found nothing contradictory to their statements, so i assume it just means they don’t limit it.(once again i have found no problems with the space/transfer.) They also offer ONE MySQL database, and to go with it, PHPMyAdmin and PHPMiniAdmin. i have tested both of them, and yes they work fine. They also give you one email address, which has also worked well.(you@cwahi.net)
Uptime/Performance
they have actualy done really well, and only had a few minor mishaps. (one: some user uploaded so much trash that no one else couldupload or edit their files. the situation was resolved quickly enough, and no permanant harm was done.) And a few other moments that where ignorable.
overall rating:
they do really well. i have very few problems with them, and all of the problems where not their fault. I say that if you are looking for a good, free host for personal stuff (like blogging) that this is the host you want.
