Support seems to be living in 17th B.C as by the time they respond your patience is exhausted and they claim in every ticket reply that they are available for you 24x 7. They are always sorry and in this sorry you have to shift your domains, your websites are down since weeks and if you are hosting a forum...you never know when it will be down and they will suggest you to have NEW INSTALLATION. I have all chat records- where I was asked money to solve issue which later on was solved without money.
