Lauched back in 1999, Site5 has grown significantly, especially in the second half of this decade. Their offer is extensive, and includes shared hosting, reseller hosting, fully managed VPS and dedicated servers. They have always used cPanel, but quite heavily customized.

Reliable and fast servers, and a really cheap price, I have the HostPRO+Turbo hosting package that includes a very good multi-admin panel with nice tools (they have their own improved version of cPanel and Fantastico), unlimited websites, unlimited disk space and bandwidth for $13.95/month and another nice thing of this company is they DO accept Paypal.
I knew about Site5 more than one year ago, a partner and friend of mine has some sites with them, but at that time I was skeptical and I had some sites running with ASP (Windows hosting), so I didn’t get convinced to migrate Site5, now I have have about three months using personally Site5 I have no complaints neither downtimes, and now I have migrated all my websites to Site5. My partner has no dowtimes in almost two years.
Really Site5 is the best linux-based hosting service in my 12 years experience as web hosting customer.
Biggest Pro: Support , Uptime , Billing
Biggest Con: No Windows hosting
